Who we are

ubots builds a suite of focused productivity apps that live entirely inside Slack. Since 2017 we have shipped small, dependable tools that each do one job well, so teams can get work done in the place they already talk to each other instead of switching to yet another web app.

We believe the best software gets out of your way. Rather than one sprawling platform, ubots is a family of single-purpose Slack apps you can adopt one at a time. Install only what your team needs, keep your workflow inside Slack, and add another app later if a new need comes up.

What we build

• Queue helps teams share limited resources fairly by taking turns — shared subscriptions, test accounts, review queues and on-call handoffs — so nobody feels ignored and everyone knows who is next.
• Todo is lightweight task and to-do management inside Slack, a simple alternative to heavier tools like Trello, Jira or Asana.
• Memo lets you broadcast company announcements and require recipients to acknowledge that they have read them.
• Expenses tracks employee budgets and expenses directly inside Slack.

How we work
