The fastest way to reach us is email. Write to [email protected] and a real person will get back to you. Use this address for support, sales, billing, privacy requests, and press inquiries — it all comes to the same team.

In-Slack support

Every ubots app includes a built-in Support Chat. Open any app's Home tab in Slack and use the Support Chat at the bottom to message us without leaving your workspace. This is often the quickest option when your question is about a specific app you already have installed.

Help Center

Many questions are answered in our Help Center, which has step-by-step setup and usage guides for every app — Queue, Todo, Memo and Expenses. It is a good first stop before reaching out.
