How to Manage Premium Plan Subscription

You can manage your subscription by typing /queue plan command and clicking the “Manage subscription” button or by logging in to the Manage Subscription page.

Billing frequency can be updated at any time and will take effect at the end of the present cycle. This plan is priced on the number of members in your Slack workspace, and the billing amount is updated before each payment. Bots, disabled accounts and guest users are not counted for billing.
